Acknowledge the threat
Acknowledge the threat of inclement weather and potential affected areas in operations meeting.

Communicate awareness to team
Communicate to team that we are aware of the threat and we will make a decision and give instruction on the morning of potential threat.

Plan manager assessment meeting
Plan meeting with managers and supervisors to assess weather conditions at 0700 hours the morning of threat.

Decide on collection game plan
Make a decision/game plan on collection for the day.

Notify team of decision
Notify team of decision/plan.

Notify partners of decision
Notify partners of decision/plan.
