Valet Attendance Check In Procedure
Procedure for valet attendance and check-in
Scope
This procedure applies to all supervisors responsible for overseeing their designated properties and waste valet personnel designated to those properties.
Procedure
- 1Check Workforce at 8:45 to determine which workers are clocked in
- 2Determine the whereabouts of any worker who is not clocked in
- 3Decide and delegate who will be responsible for the collection of any properties in which there is an unaccounted worker

At 9am, compose a text message containing the following information and send to Bryson (Utilize the format below):
- 4.1The worker that is not present, tardy, or has called out and notate their designated property(s)
- 4.2Indicate their attendance status (No call, tardy, or called out)
- 4.3If they are unable to service their property, who will be responsible for service of that property
- 4.4What time will they be onsite and begin collection
Notes
- Note 1:There should be an individual message for each worker (for the sake of clarity)
- Note 2:If a worker services multiple properties, ensure to list them in their typical sequence of collection
- Note 3:Should a property be designated to multiple workers, ensure the present worker(s) is/are able to collect the entire property
- Note 4:Should a worker be onsite but not clocked, then remind them to clock in
